When a rider is looking to progress their career or hobby onto the next level and start competing, whether that be affiliated or unaffiliated, they will often benefit from the support of an equestrian coach. A coach is different from an instructor. As an instructor I will teach the rider the basic core skills to ride a horse. As a coach I work with the rider to help them achieve their goals, ambitions, and build on their strengths. I will help you keep on track and motivate you to keep pushing yourself.
As part of my coaching service I may also help with a fitness and nutrition programme for both horse and rider.
When booking me to help you with your riding goals you must have access to a horse and riding facilities, whether your own or those you have arranged access to. Our first sessions will include an assessment of your riding and discussion as to what your goals and ambitions are, and how I may help you achieve them. We will then book a series of sessions bespoke to you and your needs.
